Kalli wasn't feeling so good today - her stomach. She is crawling all over the floor and starting to make more messes. Kalli smiles at people she knows. She does like to be held a lot.

Kalli
It's fun watching her grow. She changes each day - becoming more and more alert. Noah loves to take care of her. He'll bring Kalli things for her to play with.

Crawling all over the place
Kalli is moving all over the place. Last night she made it all the way to under the dinner table. She enjoys being picked up, but she also enjoys being on the floor. Last night she was up a few times. I think it was sinus infection because she couldn't lay on her back - Kim had to prop her up.

Crawling
Kalli is now crawling. She's getting into things now. Her favorite place is under the coffee table. We had to move the small trash can. She's getting more "touchy". It could be because a tooth broke through. It was funny on Sunday. Kim tried to put clips in her hair in church. Kalli would have nothing to do with it. A couple ladies were laughing at Kalli. Kalli would screech and throw her head back. She's getting a stronger personality.

First Tooth
Kalli got her first tooth in today. She doesn't like it when you check it. She's eating right now, making her little grunts between bites.

Kalli (1-18-05)
Kalli smiles a lot. She is scooting herself all over the floor. What's really nice is she goes into her bed at night without crying. We were concerned about her being cross eyed. Kim took her to the doctor yesterday and he said because of the shape of her nose her eyes look like that. Kalli likes to sit on my or Kim's lap. It's funny because she'll be fine until Kim walks in the room and she'll start crying because she wants her "Mommy". Kalli is now 7 months old.

Kalli (January 16, 2005)
Kalli is sure moving around more. She loves to get into the Living Room trash can. Kalli is making more expressions with her face. She squints her eyes and moves her mouth like she's saying something but nothing comes out.

Stephanie (Kalli's birth Mom) came over to see Kalli last night. It was a good visit. Kalli sure does like to screech. I think she enjoys hearing herself. Noah continues to play a lot with Kalli. He sits on the floor and just has her laughing. Alisha Dawn also likes to interact with Kalli. The kids are very good with her. Kalli gets a lot of attention and does very little to require more. She will cry a little if someone walks past her without acknowledging her. Kalli seems to be more interested in things than she does people right now. Her favorite things is her own remote control. It'll keep her busy for awhile.

Kalli (1/06/05)
Kalli is rolling all over the floor. She tends to find herself under the recliner and then hits her head. She was up on all four last night just smiling away. Kalli likes to move her lips without saying anything. She likes making her little screaching noises.

Kalli & Noah
Noah loves to play with Kalli. He's taking his links and putting it on her swing. He continually says, "look baby". Noah takes good care of her. Kalli just looks at Noah and smiles. She's laughing at him right now as he swings his links in a circle.

6 1/2 months old. Kalli is becoming more alert. She is pushing herself backwards; soon to to crawling. She seems more interested in things than adults. That is a change from about 3 weeks ago. Kalli weights 16 pounds and 4 ounces. She likes to hear herself "screech". Kalli loves to have someone help her stand up. We should be able to adopt her this month.
